Job Title: Buyer
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00

* Buying experience with a Food Manufacturer (ideally meat)
* Fantastic communication skills and confidence in reporting directly into senior management
* Professional, organised, methodical and efficient
* To show a willingness to learn and self-develop
Buyer
The Role
* Sourcing the great quality products and negotiating best prices
* Trend and new product innovation market analysis
* Working cross functionally with marketing and product development teams
* Support the operation by making sure every product is available
* Maintaining and development supplier relationships
* Accurate database entry for product information to ensure all ingredients and allergens are identified
