Supply Chain Planner

Supply Chain Planner Manchester Role Profile Our client, a leading manufacturing firm based in the Manchester area, is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Planner. Key areas of responsibility will include: * Providing timely and accurate manufacturing plans * Co-ordinate resolution of supply problems with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met * Manage new product coding process and data within the systems * Issue monthly forecasts and levels of demand to internal and external vendors to secure ongoing capacity * Monitor all performance against plans * Inventory control Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience in a supply chain planning role within a manufacturing environment, particularly production planning and demand planning * Excellent analytical and Excel skills The successful candidate may also demonstrate: * Knowledge/previous experience of Electronics manufacturing * Good working knowledge of Oracle and MS Access Client Global manufacturer based in the Manchester area About Cast UK Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
