One of Morgan Law’s NHS clients requires a Procurement Professional to manage a range of procurement activities across their non-clinical category areas.
Duties will include
- Implement souring strategies and deliver savings across your category areas
- Provide advice and support to stakeholders on category product selection and market testing
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of tender and quotations
- Working closely with ICT and Estates specialists as part of tender/quote process
- Perform contractual performance reviews with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve improvements
- Use E-Tendering systems to carry out high value and complex procurement exercises in line with EU legislation
- Perform category product standardisation and supplier rationalisation processes
Experience required:
- CIPS qualification or qualified by experience
- Working knowledge managing procurement activity across one or number of these category areas: Estates, ICT or Professional Services
- Detailed understanding of EU procurement rules
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
