Contracts Manager

A well established groundworks contractor with regional offices throughout the South are looking for you to join their Operations team as their Contracts Manager, reporting to the Regional Director. Your experience driving programs to meet deadlines, along with your commercial awareness and strategic outlook on previous projects will aid your application with this forward-thinking contractor.

As their Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with safely delivering construction works with new and existing clients on time and to a high standard. You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow high quality site teams and operational staff, enabling long term success for the client.

As their Contracts Manager, you will:

• Support the Regional Production Manager to develop an annual business plan.
• Work to promote a company ethos with an emphasis on safety, quality, costs and time.
• Actively establish strong relationships with clients
• Effectively manage all members of staff reporting directly to you, ensuring they are motivated and distributing workloads evenly across them.

Our client have worked across the years to put in place a company apprentice scheme, and they will require you to take an active role in this.
