Our client are a textile service company who partner with their customers to strengthen the company image. Their services support the daily operations of customers, providing the best value on the market. Employing more than 4000 people in Europe and in Asia. The group turnover was €358 million in 2017.

Our client are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Operations Manager within their site in Bradford. The key aspect of this role is to be responsible for the management of the service process and oversee the Bradford Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of project and delivery of customers products
• Productivity development
• Efficient usage of capacity and resources
• Manage, coach and develop the teams on plant including mentoring and coaching
• Annual Planning
• Customer interaction and managing expectations in line with product/project timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing multiple disciplined individuals with a process/manufacturing environment
• Ideally a degree of related in Manufacturing/Engineering or related subject
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing key change
• Experience within an automated environment
