Contracts Manager

Director role for New Arm of Established business - Exciting Opportunity with great prospects

Your new company
My client is a Construction Management consultancy who are branching out and creating a new arm to their business in Build Management. In order for them to create this new arm they are looking for a Contracts Manager to come in and run this new business unit and recruit a team around them, initially you will have 3 projects to run which are Student Accommodation (x2) and Mixed use (X1)

Your new role
You will be involved in the day to day running of these projects as well as developing this business and winning new projects, you will eventually recruit a team around you and manage this team.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience in D&B, New build projects and come from a medium to large organisation with knowledge of their systems & procedures to be able to incorporate this here.
