The successful post-holder will be responsible for:
- Identifying suitable routes to market
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and develop procurement strategy
- Lead on end to end sourcing process
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Create compliant and commercially sound procurement documentation
- Extensive knowledge of EU Procurement regulations
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of main contractor operational needs and pressures
- Project Management experience / qualification
- CIPS
