The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role has a wide remit, heading up operations, supply chain, finance, IT, quality and customer service.

Responsible for: developing and implementing an operational strategy that puts the customer at the forefront of everything they do, introducing organisational and cultural change, increasing levels of customer service, whilst ensuring realistic cost and performance objectives are met.

The Person

You will have strong operational experience, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and a range of functions, whilst driving growth. You will have ideally had experience of managing the customer journey in an ecommerce environment.

You will have experience of continuous improvement and a desire to drive expansion and growth in a rapidly growing market sector, whilst retaining quality and customer experience. You will have a desire to be hands on, leading from the front, devising and implementing operational strategy across the business.
