Supply Chain Inventory Planner

Exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Inventory Planner based in Milton Keynes to join a global business

You will be responsible for achieving a high customer service level whilst meeting company stock level targets. Co-ordinating and maintaining successful tradeplace support for internal and external users.

Duties Include:
Create and review the Bottom-up planning of individual articles
Obtain Top-Down forecast from marketing for comparison with Bottom-Up planning
Meet and maintain agreed targets for on time delivery to customers
Maintain a stock level as low as possible, and to meet the targets agreed with the product groups
Review the supply chain processes, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement
Provide / use statistical reports as required

Experience:
Knowledge of Excel / Word / Powerpoint
Knowledge of SAP / Business Object / Every Angle
Experience of planning / forecasting environment
Qualified to at least 'A' level standard
Highly numerate / analytical
Able to meet tight time schedules
High levels of accuracy in work produced and good attention to detail
Good team player
