Junior Supplier Account Manager

Junior Travel Supplier Account Manager is required for a very well established and unique travel company that offers a unique travel / holiday product in Chester. The Managed Services Junior Account Manager will be offered a basic salary up to £18,000 as well as a great bonus scheme (around £6,000) as well as incentives and great company benefits.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals from either the Travel or Lettings industries or that have experience in a call centre / contact centre sales environment who are capable to think on their feet, enjoy establishing great working relationships with their clients and suppliers, who are confident negotiators and are able to work on own initiative - then this could be the next role for you!

Junior Account Manager will be a constant role model and ensure every customer is given a 'World Class Experience' with main responsibilities being:

• Overseeing a personal portfolio of suppliers in a designated area, growing a trusted supplier list, matching suppliers with customers, managing relationships and managing the sales in the area;
• Speaking to customers and company suppliers daily, sharing your great experiences with customers, motivating and utilising your sales skills and product knowledge to convert inquiries to bookings.
• Responsible for maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring that the purchase exceeds customer expectations

Suitable candidates for this unique Supplier Account Manager role MUST:-

• Have worked within a sales role within the Travel or Lettings industries OR contact centre sector however candidates will be considered from other sales target driven backgrounds too
• Have proven experience in meeting and surpassing sales targets, have experience of working autonomously
• Share passion for providing quality service
• Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm - NO WEEKENDS OR LATE NIGHTS!
