Export Sales Coordinator

They’re looking for an Export Sales Coordinator who is:

Your key duties as an Export Sales Coordinator will be:

• Making sure all shipments have the right customs and import documentation for the country they’re heading to
• Processing all customer orders accurately and promptly
• Running trade compliance checks, raising any issues where needed
• Checking stock availability, suggesting potential replacements or amendments to orders if stock is reduced
• Working with freight forwarding partners to resolve any product or documentation issues
• Account managing the customers through the process

So, what experience do you need as the Export Sales Coordinator?

• Experience of handling and processing export orders
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Trade compliance knowledge (Amber Road)
• Excellent MS Excel skills coupled with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Experience of supply chain, logistics and inventory management
