£43,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus + up to 8% Pension + Private Healthcare + 33 holidays

Are you a Plant / Operations Manager, from a mechanical engineering background, looking for a senior management position offering career progression and a chance to mould your own departments?

*Managing 6 managers and 20 other employees
*Responsible for Wash, Yard, Paint, Graphics, Process Engineering & Inspection department
*Liaising with customers and implementing process improvements
