Page Personnel are supporting a leading business in Leeds who are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join their modern contact centre environment in the city centre
Client Details
Our client is a well known, established organisation who are going through a period of significant growth. They are now looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join their Leeds site
Description
Key Responsibilities Include ;
- Work closely with the Head of Contact Centre to create and role out the customer service strategy for the business
- Create, implement and drive performance within the contact centre against KPI's & SLA'S
- Provide regular training, development and 1-2-1's for Team Leaders, ensuring they are able to reach full potential
- Create a customer focused culture within the contact centre, ensuring each advisors is aware of how their actions can affect customers
- Responsibility for up to 50fte at any one time
- Ensure resources are managed to allow customers to interact across a channel of their choice including phone, e-mail and digital options
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external directors and other senior stakeholders on a daily basis
Profile

- Strong managerial experience within a contact centre environment
- Excellent stakeholder management experience

Job Offer

The role offers a salary of between £44,000 & £48,000 dependent on experience, along with an extensive benefits package. Working hours are between 9-5, Monday to Friday
