Senior Buyer

We are delighted to be working with one of Europe's leading Branded Goods Wholesaler and Distributors who are looking for a resilient, highly motivated Senior Buyer to join them during an exciting period of growth to drive the business forward!

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience within buying at a senior level, ideally in the branded product market
• Good understanding of product lifecycle and seasonal reactivity
• Ability to translate trends into sales opportunities
• A tenacious approach and ability to negotiate fiercely
• Experience working with licensed products would be advantageous

This role will include attending trade shows, exhibitions and securing appointments in advance to maximise opportunities whilst there. Given the nature of the market, you will naturally be a strong negotiator and have proven ability to 'stretch' all aspects and manage tough suppliers and liaise with major manufacturers at a Director level.

For this role you will be required to keep abreast of new, emerging trends and competitor activity, and taking advantage of new ideas/concepts and products. For further details on what the role will entail, get in touch with Laura to discuss the opportunity further.
