Are you an experienced Contracts Manager from a construction/installation background looking for a permanent role offer exceptional benefits and scope for future career and salary progression?

The client is involved in both construction and manufacturing, has highly ambitious growth plans and can offer superb training and long term career progression.

The position is focusing on main contractor management i.e. dealing with JCT and NEC type contracts with all this entails. Therefore the role will include:

  1. Running 5-15 contracts at any one time
  2. Pre let meetings
  3. Design finalisation
  4. H&S and site management
  5. Final account reconciliation
  6. Travel to client sites 30k-45k miles per year

To apply for the position you should have:

  1. Experience within the construction/installation market place. Any knowledge of composite panel-based structures or insulated panels and doors would be preferable but not essential.
  2. Must have main contractor experience- JCT and NEC type contracts
  3. Experience of managing budgets and indirectly managing staff
  4. SMSTS and ideally black CSCS
