Nouvo Recruitment are working with a respected organisation in the local area to help recruit for a Export Administrator to join their friendly team.

The Role

  • Responsible for the day to day control and operation of all Exporting of goods and Export Compliance matters
  • Administrating all paperwork with respect to goods entering and leaving the warehouse
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with couriers
  • Completing applications for export licences where required
  • Conduct monthly internal audits
  • Implement correct procedures and documentation
  • Providing training internally where necessary to ensure all procedures are being adhered to
  • Creating invoices
  • Ensuring systems are updated with pricing, shipment details etc.

About You

  • Previous experience within a similar position would be an advantage
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, proven decision making
