We are currently recruiting for an Export Customer Service Administrator to join an established client of ours in the Maldon area. The successful candidate will:

- Have prior experience in an import/export administration position.

- Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills both written and verbal.

- Strong administrative skills using Microsoft Office softwares and CRM data bases. 

Key duties within this role:

- Being first point of contact for Export customers

- Inputting shipments to our system and liaising with planning team to ensure orders collected/delivered as per customer arrangements.

- Liaising with Ops team and agents, to provide customers with updates on collection/delivery.

- Support the process of continuous improvements to the business.

- Arranging collections and deliveries, and obtaining special prices from agents.

- Adding customer charges and agent/internal accruals to jobs.

- Maintain accurate administrative records.

- Complete cost sheets for key accounts.

- Maintain the Palletforce Alliance system.

- Quote rates for transportation of freight.

- Usage of in-house systems
