Job Description

Our client is looking for a sourcing and purchasing assistant to join their growing team, they are a well established company with over 15 years experience within business solutions. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are expanding.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver cost saving ideas and plans though sourcing of the right product and deliver the implementation of this process. Strong negotiation skills and communication with clients and meeting with clients face to face regularly. A background in project management would also be ideal and managing the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, ensuring full compliance throughout the year.



Key responsibilities and skills-

*Order process and returns experience as well as follow up on deliveries

*Strong customer service

*CRM and excel and Microsoft package is a must

*Negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers

*Attention to detail and quality

*Good team player and used to working under pressure
