Legal Operations Manager
Our client a reputable international law firm is looking to recruit a Legal Operations Manager to partner with the wider business to strategically deliver services to clients efficiently and effectively.
Circa - £120,000
This is an interesting and varied role, offering the right candidate the opportunity to build a sustainable model of operational best practice, and develop solutions for challenges faced by the practice head and their respective clients within Corporate.
The role:
- contributing to the Corporate practice groups performance and metrics
- partnering with the legal project managers to deliver and execute market driven prices
- building strong and lasting relationships with the business acting as an interface between the various legal teams to help support a vision of aligned function
- liaise with clients to identify needs whilst simultaneously assisting the firm in best servicing those needs
- supporting the delivery of various projects across the firm
To be successful in this role you will need:
- formal legal operations qualifications (Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence and build relationships at a senior level
- strong systems skillset and a knack for picking up new systems
- previous experience working within legal or professional services in a role that requires project methodology analysis and actionable initiatives within Corporate
