My client, a leading 3PL in Colshill, Birmingham is seeking a Shift Manager.
Salary: up to £33,500.00
Shift: (4 on and 3 off) 2pm to 12am (midnight) Wednesday to Saturday
Overview:
My client is seeking a Shift Manager with essentialOn-Line/Ecommerce experience. Seeking an experience Manager who has been responsible for at least 50+ operators.
Responsibilities:
" Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI's
" Responsible for the delivery of key operating measures and site profitability
" Cost control and added value services
" Contribute to the development of the overall business plan
" Understand trends within the business and market place and take action to ensure that the business is kept abreast and makes changes where appropriate
" Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer focussed service
" Accountable for depot performance and the delivery of KPI's ensuring the sites operational KPI's and current data is reported on a daily basis
" Customer relationship and vendor management
" Develop and agree the operational budget and deliver against it.
" Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations
" To actively work alongside direct and in direct internal and external stakeholders
" Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
" Develop and maintain relationship with the union
" Ensures compliance to all site processes and procedures
" Actively champion a culture of continuous improvement
" Ensure the Company's Health & Safety policies are adhered to and that all operational legislative requirements are fulfilled at all times
" Develop a culture of respect and high performance within your team
" Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals
" Complete all team performance reviews, accurately and within timeframe
" Develop robust resourcing and succession plans
" Absence management
