Operations Director - up to £65k - Liverpool (Nationwide Travel Required) -SME experience required!

We are looking for a process driven, passionate leaders! If you are an experienced Regional Manager or Operations Director with SME/Independent Business (<150 employees) experience and you are looking for your next step, in which you will be able demonstrate your commercial and strategic flair, alongside your coaching and development skills, read on!

Our client is a family-owned business that prides themselves in building long term mutually-respectful partnerships which continue to grow sustainable businesses for the benefit of all partners! The business is currently in a phase of growth and are looking for an Operations Director to work closely with the Managing Director, Commercial Finance and Sales on the development and roll out of ongoing Growth, Strategy and Development plans.

Alongside the motivation, coaching and development of the Operational Teams, you will be responsible for Legal and Regulatory Compliance of all operations. You will lead the tendering process and negotiation for new business space.

So what kind of Operations Director are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience managing operation in multi-site environment, ideally with a close working relationship with the Managing Director.

  • A passionate leader with the ability to drive operational performance through motivational, coaching and development skills.

  • An excellent multi-tasker and you will thrive in a fast paced environment, comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build and develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • A resilient and tenacious personality, you don't shy away from challenging situations.
