Operational Risk Manager - Risk & Control Framework Lead - £105k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
A world leading Investment Bank has an immediate vacancy for a senior Risk and Control Framework Lead to provide internal audit capability, from coordinating reviews/audits and building out new frameworks, as well as engaging with senior stakeholders throughout the business.
The team you will be joining is responsible for supporting the management of Risk & Control relating to the banks Policies, Standards and Key Controls across Enterprise Data including Data Management and Records Management. The team provides first line assurance (including controls testing, walk-throughs, remediation design support and thematic reviews) activity to the businesses they support including assurance over Policy and Standard Compliance, Project/Programme delivery assurance, and thematic reviews.

- Strong Influencing and leveraging skills as the role operates across a matrix
- Evidence of a partnership approach to deliver outcomes
- Business understanding and capability to document requirements
- Strong problem solving ability to address new situations and efficiently handle any incidents which may arise
