Contracts Manager - FF&E

Our client is part of a £200m+ built environment focused business and are looking for a senior manager to join the FF&E Solutions Team. The client is one of the top 3 FF&E suppliers in the UK and has recently won new frameworks and expanded in to new sectors.

As a result they are looking to recruit an individual with a good 360° knowledge of managing large scale projects from estimating through to completion with access to and management of tendering, design, client services and operations teams. The client requires experience in managing contracts and sub-contracts and at least some FF&E awareness.

Summary Key Duties & Responsibilities -

• Responsible for the commercial, financial & operational effectiveness of their allocated projects.
• Responsible for the monitoring & control of their allocated projects.
• Responsible for liaising with Tender Team, Design, Customer services, Operations & Accounts to ensure the successful completion of their allocated projects.
• To assist the Director and other team members as required to ensure the successful completion of FF&E Solutions projects.

Role to include active involvement and management of -

• Tender Management - incl. Review Tender docs, BOQ, schedules & drawings - Liaise with Supply Chain - Submission - Feedback
• Design - Attend Design & RDD meetings - Co-Ordination of Revit AutoCAD drawings - Site Survey Updates & Reviews
• Project Management & Admin - develop program with key milestones - co-ordination of supply chain orders & variations - maintain an adequate project audit trail - compliance with all company & project policies & procedures - post project & supply chain review
• Installation - Liaise with operations team to formulate RAMS - liaise with operations team & manager

Remuneration & Benefits Package -

• Up to £55k p.a. DOE
