SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Expeditor/Purchasing Administrator to support join the Purchasing Team for one of their clients based in Derby. This opportunity is for a fast growing business and so is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their career and progress within a supportive environment.

The role will be responsible for managing the ordering and delivery of products as well as reviewing orders and ensuring correct levels are purchased. Day to day duties will include:

- Reviewing and validating all forecasted orders in the system
- Supporting processes to reduce time taken when dealing with orders
- Ensuring all orders are placed correctly and received by suppliers
- Inputting all delivery dates into the system and updating suppliers
- Liaising with customer service on any delivery updates or changes
- Work with suppliers to chase any stock that is out of stock
- Solving any invoice issues

The successful candidate for this role must have 2 years experience within a similar position, be able to handle large volumes of data alongside having an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You must also have strong administration experience and the ability to work at a past pace whilst prioritising your own workload.
