European Operations Director

Newport, South Wales (+ International travel)

£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Holiday + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Pension

Designing, manufacturing and commissioning specialist capital equipment across multiple industries, they are consistently at the forefront of technology and innovation. With increased demand and clear growth plan for the business, they are now looking to recruit a European Operations Director to be based out of their UK location.

In this role you will be responsible for working with managing and maintaining customer and client relationships across Europe, optimising resources, and developing and implementing business strategies. You will have overall responsibility for your respective team and report at Executive level within the business.

The ideal candidate will be from a senior management or Director level position with knowledge of manufacturing within specialist industries such electronics and semiconductors. They will have a proven track record of success within areas including, but not limited to, change management, cultural development and continuous improvements.

The Role:

*Based out of Newport with international travel up to 50% of the year

*Management and strategic improvement of Customer and Client Support Team

*Maintaining and developing client relationships

*Change Management and Continuous Improvement

The Person:

*Senior Management or Director level experience

*Relevant industry knowledge - Electronics, Semiconductors, Capital Equipment etc.

*Demonstrable experience pertaining to above requirements
