Leading Global Professional Services Firm seek a high calibre Senior Procurement Sourcing Manager that is specialised within the HR Benefits & Rewards space. With a $600m spend across the US, the ideal individual will have a deep background and understanding of the Benefits and Reward Procurement.

Based out of any of their 130+ US offices, this role will have a massive impact on all internal staff across the organisation. There will be an element of travel around the North East US region to influence the senior stakeholders and chief executives on your procurement plans, as well as working with local vendors in creating the optimal strategy. With a team of 4 to manage, there will be collaboration with the global teams to align the overall Benefits & Rewards strategy, with the opportunity to travel and work with the team in London.

As Senior Procurement Sourcing Manager for HR Benefits & Rewards, you will be:

  • Controlling the sourcing plans for Staff Benefits & Rewards such as Healthcare Packages, Life Insurance, Dental and Vision, Retirement Plans, Wellness Programs
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and communicating you're the procurement strategy and progress through regular meetings
  • Completing local and regional sourcing deals, and collaborating with local stakeholders in planning Procurement projects
  • Leading complex negotiations and RFP's with the aim of improving the sourcing strategies to reach cost reduction targets
  • Managing all people related activities such as performance, compensation and learning, for respective staff
  • Building strong relationships with existing and new vendors, and minimizing contractual risk with these vendors

The successful Senior Procurement Sourcing Manager for HR Benefits & Rewards must have:

  • A strong HR Benefits and Rewards Procurement Management background is a must, particularly within areas such as Pension Schemes, Healthcare Plans and Insurance
  • Experience working in a global and complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the global mindset to influence these leaders
  • Deep data analysis and presentation skills, through Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • The ability to travel occasionally throughout the North-East region of the US for stakeholder meetings and project implementation
  • A Bachelors' degree within Human Resources, Supply Chain Management or any other relevant discipline
