Contracts Manager Planned Maintenance
We are actively looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join the pro-active team of a national direct refurbishment contractor. The Ideal individual will have a background within refurbishment, painting (kitchen and bathroom etc).
Coming from a main contractor previously the Contracts Manager will have the knowledge to be able to work within a team and use your initiative to undertake contractual management of large and lucrative long term framework contracts within the social housing sector of construction. Residing within the Brandon region.
Excellent client facing skills, ability to negotiate for and on behalf of the business, be able to drive and willing to travel regionally
