Our client is a property and infrastructure business. They seek an Operations Director to lead their Construction portfolio.

The Role

You will have full operational responsibility for all construction in the division. This will include leadership of five Project Directors delivering mixed use developments.

You will be responsible for creating a positive, successful culture to deliver complex projects to exacting standards

The Person

You will be a confident leader with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle immediate and future needs ensuring a consistent pipeline of business

You will have a track record delivering major projects ideally with exposure as a contractor and a developer
