Contracts Manager

eSift are currently looking for a proven Contracts/Account Lead with previous success in the management of large, high value Fire & Security system contracts, to work with our Clients team on a high profile, nationwide account.

Our client is the leading global integrated security company, specialising in the provision of security products, services and solutions.

Location:            South/Midlands based, commutable to Gloucestershire & London   

Salary:                 Up to£45k per annum    

The position holds responsibility for the continuous delivery of both customer installations and service support for our client across Access Control, Intruder, CCTV and Fire as well as other key services. You will be the main point of contact and interface for the client and accountable for the achievement of revenue, margin and service targets simultaneously ensuring account costs remain viable and within budget.

Working and being the main lead of the delivery team, the position provides leadership and overview of the installation, service and administration teams.

You will be required to establish meaningful relationships with key customers as well as promoting customer retention and growth by cultivating high levels of motivation, commitment and performance by team members.

To be successful in this position you will have/be;  

• Previous Project Management/Account Management experience at a senior level, delivering succesful, high value contracts to clients.
• Solid experience within the Fire & Security systems industry. 
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent IT understanding with day to day working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• First class verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Confident, assertive and professional.
• Flexible to travel where required for the role
