Due to continuous growth and new contract win I am now recruiting a Operations Director position for a leading Logistics Business.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Operations Director:

  • To manage, develop and train large teams across Warehouse and Transport.
  • Multi-Site Management, locations across the UK.
  • Managing Customer Relationships.
  • To manage large P&L budget of over £25m.
  • To communicate effectively with Senior Management.
  • To identify and lead continuos improvement opportunities.
  • To ensure Health & Safety reqauirments are met.

Your Requirments:

  • Experience in managing large teams across multiple locations.
  • Managemnent CPC.
  • Experience in managing large financial budgets.
  • Confident in communicating with Senior Management and Direct Customers.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirments.
  • Ability to travel nationally where the role requires.
  • Proven track record in successful Continuous Improvement leadership.
