Permanent Operations Manager, Nottinghamshire, Main Contractor, Negotiable Salary
Your new company
You will be working for the UK Construction arm of a construction contractor who specialise in offsite construction. The organisation have revolutionary product that allows cost effective and time efficient structures to be built easily across multiple sectors. My client is now seeking an Operations manager to join their ranks on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be overseeing the operational delivery of sites across the UK. The position will be based in Nottinghamshire but will require regular travel, You will be responsible for establishing a consistent and dedicated supply chain and implementing programmes of work. You will also be client facing and alongside the director, you will win new business and forge successful relationships. You will be responsible for assembling the Site Management team and ensuring health and safety on site are at the required standard.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record as an operations manager and be able to demonstrate a career history of working for a main contractor or specialist modular contractor. You hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications and be able to to develop client relationships. You will also hold a valid UK driving license. You must also be looking to make a real impact on a growing contractor.
