About the role

• As Operations Manager, you’ll focus on improving the supply side of the business to ensure it’s well balanced with ever-increasing demand.
• You’ll develop strategies to improve supply in both in the UK & a number of newly established international markets.
• You’ll act as the supplier champion in the business, ensuring the supply side of the business is represented, working to increase engagement and retention across the supplier base.
• You’ll analyse large data sets to derive insight and make data driven decisions.
• You’ll customise the company’s CRM, implementing new workflows and reports for the growing Supply team.

About you

• As Operations Manager, you’ll have previous experience with the supply side of a 2-sided marketplace.
• You’ll be very comfortable with working with large data sets (ideally with SQL experience), developing actionable insights.
• You’ll be happy working with plenty of autonomy, working cross-functionally to implement strategies.
• Ideally, you’ll have experience working with a rapidly scaling marketplace startup.
