Our client based in Minworth is recruiting for an experienced Freight Administrator . As the Freight Administrator you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting with all general enquiries.

Duties for the Freight Administrator:

  • To answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries
  • Provide quotations and make bookings
  • Raising orders and processing documents
  • Arrange collections and deliveries
  • Liaise with customers, airlines, shipping lines and hauliers
  • Complete all customs and clearance documentation

Person specification for the Freight Administrator:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly-motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Previous Freight experience would be advantageous
