INTERIM Project Lead / Engineer - Up to £350pd

My client, a multi-million-dollar medical equipment manufacturing company, with 20,000 employees and global operations in over 100 countries, are looking to recruit an Electronics Project Leader / Engineer based in East Riding of Yorkshire.

Role:

You will provide engineering and technical support and expertise for the Outsourced Manufacture of Advanced Wound Devices:

• Engage with procurement and suppliers to sustain engineering and management of component obsolescence
• Maintain safety and performance compliance through adherence to applicable standards
• Supporting product delivery
• Project management, delivering to agreed timelines and budgets, while maintaining best practice

Experience:

• BSc degree (or equivalent experience) within an engineering discipline
• Work experience within roles focussed in cost saving, efficiency, process improvement, using statistical tools
• 3 years' experience in high volume industry, ideally working with medical devices
• Experience within FDA regulated industry
• Demonstratable MS Office experience
• Project management experience
• Report writing skills
