Stock Administrator
Based: Bolton (BL6 area)
Salary: up to £18k
Our client is a fantastic, well-known business in their industry who were established over 50 years ago. They are one of the UK's largest specialists in their niche industry and pride themselves on top quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to increased need for the business they are now looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join them on a permanent basis
Role:
- Data entry through SAGE (invoices, notes etc.)
- Stock ordering and correlating data to supplier/customer statements
- Creating reports based on stock levels for Financial Controller
- Creating purchase orders and dealing with queries by phone
- Booking new stock onto ERP system
- Reconciling stock against orders and regular stock takes
- Creating new stock codes for products on system
- Assisting with development of internal purchasing processes
Experience:
- Administration & data input experience is ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work quickly and accurately unsupervised (after training)
- Willing to get involved when required
- Good Excel and Word skills
