Role: Logistics Assistant

Location: London

Salary: £21-23K

Pod is partnering with an exciting business in search of a driven candidate to join a leading fashion business as a logistics assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Logistics Manager on operational inbound logistics

- Daily contact for freight forwarders for tracking shipments

- Ensure the finance teams have the correct documentation for payments of suppliers, customs and freight forwarders

- Support warehouse teams to resolve issues and process merchandise

- Ensure the ERP system is accurately maintained, and processes are followed accurately on ASNs

- Create and circulate daily and weekly inventories and KPI reports

Requirements:

- Experienced within a fast-paced industry (Fashion or FMCG ideal)

- Experienced with inbound operations

- Experienced with cross functional communication between warehouse teams, couriers and finance teams - Experienced on product classification and merchandising

- The ability to manage and report large volumes of data

- Strong communication organisational and team playing skills

- Strong procedural and analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills

- Advanced excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite ideal)
