Interaction Recruitment seek an experienced Customer Service/ Account Manager with previous experience within supply chain and Manufacturing.
This is a varied role for a manufacturing business on the Bardon Estate, Nr Coalville. The ideal candidate will be used to multi tasking and managing their time effectively.
The role includes customer service, processing new orders, complete contract reviews, acknowledge orders.
Manage forecast requests to keep stock holding minimal lead times. Communicate customers concerns to the quality team. Communicate any issues to customers. Log and complete request for quote projects, optimise supply chain eg order/ box quantity and consolidate shipments.
Working 8.30am to 5pm and 2.30pm finish on Fridays. Starting salary £20k rising to £22k after 6 month probation period.
