Are you after an ambitious and rapidly growing company? Have you always wanted to play a role in helping a recruitment business open offices overseas?

This recruitment company has big plans over the next 18 months. The vast majority of the company’s revenue is currently UK based, but the business has ambitions to have a further 35% of revenue coming in via international routes in the next 18 months. Due to this the business is also anticipating in doubling of its staff. Although the business has multiple companies within the group there is still a start-up, growth orientated feel to the company and with longer term goals to go through a transaction it’s an exciting environment to be in.

You will play a critical role in looking after everything finance and operations related. Working closely with two very impressive non-execs you will help the business to continue to grow towards a position of sale. You will be assisting in the opening of international offices, putting in the foundations for growth whilst partnering with the CEO.

What you need:

  • Recruitment sector experience; ideally in a multi sector / multi company firm
  • Previous experience taking a business through a transaction deal
  • Previous experience liaising with board members
  • Comfortable understanding the end to end process and managing the Finance function
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
