A multi-award winning, global architecture and design firm who are known for their brilliant culture and workplace practices is looking for an HR Operations Manager to join their team. You will be based in a beautiful and mesmerising studio, in one of the most progressive cultural hubs in London surrounded by some of the most dynamic creators in the design world.

Reporting to the Head of HR and overseeing the HR Coordinator, you will oversee UK and global payroll, global mobility, employee relations, employment law and policy, HR administration processes and benefits and well-being. To be considered for this role, you will come with HR Operational Management experience, preferably in a design environment. They will have payroll management experience with a good understanding of UK payroll legalisation, UK employment law understanding and experience of managing global mobility. The ideal person will be a strategic and critical thinker, be engaging and inquisitive and open to ideas.
