The Supply Chain Manager for this manufacturer will be responsible for:
- Teams within Planning, Warehousing and Quality.
- End to End responsibility for the supply chain post procurement.
- Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy.
- Improving overall supply chain performance and suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Analysing and controlling all costs and aspects of inventory to minimise stock holding.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following core competencies:
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal / external directors and teams, suppliers and clients.
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive or Aerospace Industries.
- Proven track record of delivery within a matrix organisation.
- Leadership and managerial skills.
- A problem solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
