One of Our Clients Distribution Centres is located near Gatwick Airport, and due to expansion they are looking for a peoples person manager to support the logistics side of their business. They are positioned to be able to service their largest stores in the UK . They operates 24/7 365 days a year, ensuring that all their shops are fully stocked & ready to sell to customers every day of the year.
My client is looking for a peoples man/woman manager to support recruitment, improving retention, coaching and developing employee's performance skills and manage their team.
Would you like to put your Logistics/Warehouse Management experience skills to better use.?
Are you able to enhance your team skills and manage your team performance.?
You will be required to have a 5 year checkable work history, happy to work 4 on 4 off day shifts.
