An experienced, high volume Events Operations Manager needed! 

The Job:

  • Hands on management of high volume events - from drinks reception all the way to fine dining
  • Management of up to 30 FOH team members 
  • Planning and event set up
  • First point of contact for clients onsite

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and willingness to progress is a MUST
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to strict guidelines

  • Friendly and approachable personality 
  • Impeccable customer service skills 
  • Thinking on their feet – problem solving approach

The Package:

  • Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
    • 42.5h per week (5 over 7 basis) - please note this role is evenings-heavy due to the nature of the business
  • 20 holiday days (+8 bank holidays)
