Your new role
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the employee relations team. The team are responsible for managing employee relations casework across the organisation including disciplinary, grievance, absence performance and investigation cases. The HR Operations Manager will act as a point of escalation, lead on senior and sensitive cases and manage employment tribunal cases. The role will develop relevant policies & procedures, design strategies to meet any employee relations issues and trends, monitor performance against KPIs and create a continuous improvement culture.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced HR Operations Manager or Employee Relations Manager with significant expertise in employee relations and employment law. Strong experience of managing multiple employment tribunal cases, as well as consulting and negotiating with ACAS and trade unions is essential. Proven success in people management, project management and policy development is also vital.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £47,000 to £54,000 plus excellent benefits
