A Business Operations Manager is required for a market leading business based in Feltham. The role is directly responsible for the control, management and strategic direction of certain key services across the UK business including: * Global Real Estate Management * General Data Protection Regulation * Security * Loss Prevention * Procurement * Cost Management * Compliance Main Responsibilities: * Managing the Business Operations team have lead responsibilities for the above functions, each charged with providing an efficient and effective service throughout the UK and Ireland. * Proactively manage and assist across these areas ensuring effective reporting, planning, training and department cost management. * Setting the team annually defined goals, set in conjunction with the wider business, to continuously ensure all services are targeted correctly and remain relevant and supportive from a legal, compliance and business support perspective. * Ensures all areas of the UK/IE Business Cluster are in compliance with published (and applicable) SOPs and UK or IE laws and Regulations * Insurances are managed and reported to ensure clarity of all insurance activities is available throughout the UK/IE Business Cluster. * Ensures all areas of the UK/IE Business Cluster are in compliance with published (and applicable) SOPs and UK or IE laws and Regulations * Maintain and assess the UK/IE Business Cluster policies and procedures to ensure they promote and reinforce a culture of integrity and ethical business principles and practices. * Provides our employees with a continuous contract review facility that ensures and promotes an effective and efficient customer contracts management environment. * Ensure the provision of timely responses to all requests on any related issues to ensure Business Services team deliver a highly efficient quality service to all stakeholders. * Manage and evolve relationships with relevant internal and external customers. * Coordinate requirements for meetings, reports and follow ups as and when required. * Fulfil all administrative responsibilities in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures along with any other administrative tasks that could be relevant for the role. Person Required: * 10 years' experience in a senior finance or legal role delivering centralised business services across a multiple-locations * Extensive people management experience with proven ability to lead, motivate and performance manage team members. * Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently. * Good standard of written and spoken English * English and Math to a minimum of GCSE standard By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
