We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Excellence Manager to join our operations team in Barton under Needwood to ensure that a culture of operations excellence and continuous improvement are driven across the Rolls Royce business for the UK, Ireland and Nordics region.

This pivotal role will keep close control of the relevant budgets to format reports and presentations to the client on cost down development and continuous improvement whilst delivering SCA, HSEQ and Carlisle programs across the aftermarket Operation. You will also be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of cost down initiatives across the Rolls-Royce Aftermarket Operation and delivering these initiatives to ensure contractual cost down targets are achieve, monitored and exceeded.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience of driving continuous improvement and operations excellence initiatives across both warehouse and transport operations with demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional client relationships. You will be a competent decision maker who is able to interact and engage with colleagues at all levels. Experience of cost models and budget tracking along with strong report writing and statistical analyst skills are also key requirements for this role.
