Our client, a premium bath and body care business, is looking for an experienced PA/Buying Assistant to join their team as they enter into a new and exciting phase of expansion!
Responsibilities
* Working with the Managing Director(M.D) on the design and develop packaging for new products and materials
* Maintaining corporate brand identity and ensure brand communications fall within brand guidelines and company ethos
* Ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the MD/or on behalf of the MD.
* Support additional team members as appropriate
* Maintain MD's office systems, including data management and filing
* Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them appropriately
* Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and occasionally travelling with the MD to provide general assistance during presentation
* Organising events and conferences
Requirements
* Graduate degree or similar qualifications in this industry
* Must be knowledgeable of Illustrator, Photo shop and Microsoft Office (Intermediate-Advance)
* Good at working with numbers/ figures and possess good negotiating skills
* A good communicator at all levels and the ability to work on your own initiative
* Fluent in English, excellent written and oral communication
* Preferably 3-5 years' experience working in the industry or of similar experience
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm.
