Strategic Procurement Manager A rapidly growing manufacturing business is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to take up a key post within their team. The incoming person will be responsible for managing key supplier relationships, organising and managing stock levels and supporting all departments with stock and Non stock purchasing. Key tasks will include: * Setup and run strategic procurement strategies; * manage a spend up to £1m of company spend; * Processing all purchasing requirements Company wide; * Increase deficiencies across stock; * Set up and manage supplier accounts; * Ensure all departments are supported with large scale projects. You will be able to demonstrate experience of order processing / suppliers management / IT proficiency / solid organisational skills and ability to work in a engineering biased manufacturing environment and can read/understand technical drawings.
