Reporting too: Purchasing and Logistics Manager
Acorn Recruitment is currently searching for an experienced Purchasing and Sales Administrator to join our client who is based in Flint.
The main purpose of this role is to support the sales administration, purchasing and finance team in running the Operations office. This role will involve a variety of tasks such as entering sales orders, providing customer service, completing reports, sending stock to Amazon, chasing Purchase Orders, entering Supplier invoices, running Invoicing/Statements, some Debt Chasing etc.
Key responsibilities:
*Working within the office environment answering inbound calls
*Data entry tasks - entering sales orders, internet orders, raising customer returns and exchanges for faulty items, entering supplier invoices and maintaining the customer price list.
*Stock replenishment
*Ensuring customers purchase orders are received against Sales orders
*Aid the Warehouse with stock loss investigation as necessary
*Liaise effectively with all departments across the company
*Communicate with customers on a daily basis is relation to their orders
Essential criteria:
*Previous experience within a customer orientated role
*Strong communication skills
*PC literate
*Good organisation / time management skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully as part of a team
