Supply Chain Manager Swindon Role Profile Our client, a leading manufacturing business in the Swindon area, is looking to appoint a new Supply Chain Manager to join their senior leadership team. In this crucial role you will manage and oversee end to end supply chain activities for the operation including Planning, Procurement, Warehousing and Distribution. Key responsibilities * Manage teams across Planning, Procurement, Warehousing and Distribution * Lead the S&OP process for the site * Drive projects to improve supply chain performance, such as improved customer OTIF and inventory optimisation and establish robust processes, e.g. for NPD * Play an active role in the site management team Skills & Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate: * End to end supply chain experience in a fast-paced and highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. Food, Automotive, etc.) * Proven hands-on experience in material planning, production planning, purchasing, warehousing and logistics * Track record of delivering improvements in key measures of success such as OTIF, Inventory and cost savings * Proven experience managing supply chain teams Remuneration Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits About Cast UK Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
