Purchasing Administrator

Our client is a well-established family run business that has seen great growth over the last 30 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing Administrator to work alongside my client in the purchasing department. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager and work alongside a busy team.
As a Purchasing Administrator you will thrive from working within a fast paced environment and have great problem solving sills. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and experience working to KPI's and deadlines.
Key responsibilities to include:-
- Managing orders to ensure company profitability
- Processing purchase orders
- Dealing with all general enquiries
- Reviewing production schedules and updating the relevant personnel
- Liaising and supporting the sales team
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties
Personal Specification
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate good time-management and to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in working with Microsoft office
- Show enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and progress within the company
- Excellent people skills
